Version 1.0
1. Purpose of Yaleess
Yaleess is an AI-powered virtual companion designed to listen, provide support, encourage reflection and offer information through conversational exchanges.
Yaleess is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or emergency service and does not replace a qualified professional.
2. Account and access
Access to certain Yaleess features requires a user account. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account and for keeping your authentication credentials secure.
To better protect your privacy, we recommend using an email address and username that do not directly reveal your real identity.
3. Use of the service
You are responsible for how you use Yaleess and for the decisions you make on the basis of your conversations with the service.
You agree not to use Yaleess for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes, or in any way that infringes the rights of others or interferes with the operation or security of the service.
4. Artificial intelligence
Yaleess uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses. These responses may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular situation.
Information provided by Yaleess should therefore be considered with appropriate judgment, particularly when a situation may require professional advice.
5. Credits, subscriptions and payments
New users may receive free credits allowing them to try Yaleess. Continued use of certain features after those credits are exhausted may require a subscription or the purchase of additional credit packs.
Credits are deducted according to use of the service. Subscription plans, credit packs, prices and applicable validity conditions are presented before purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Yaleess does not store your payment card details.
Purchased credits and subscription payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided under the applicable purchase conditions.
6. Suspension and account deletion
Access to Yaleess may be restricted or suspended where necessary to protect the service, its users or third parties, particularly in the event of misuse, fraud or a serious breach of these Terms.
You may request deletion of your account from your personal account. Account deletion is subject to explicit confirmation and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
7. Availability of the service
We aim to keep Yaleess available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to Yaleess, improve the service or comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
Where a change requires renewed acceptance, you will be informed and asked to accept the updated version before continuing to use the relevant features.
9. Contact
